The New Product Request Form gives us the information needed to begin working behind the scenes, so you can focus on your launch. This form is critical to your launch, and we can't move you forward without it. You’ll work with the Anywhere Product Team during your onboarding call to complete this form. Below are some details to help you prepare for your onboarding call.
Key Things to Note
- When providing email addresses for launch communications recipients, please limit to leadership/admins who will be running your launch and need to receive key launch updates.
- Please designate a Product Champion. Your company's Product Champion will be a chief advocate for MoxiWorks, offering support and encouragement to help grow business, maximize agent and company productivity and delight customers and clients.
- If you elect to launch MoxiEngage, we will confirm your email provider to provide proper support for data syncing. Users must first sync the tool to their contacts and calendar in an email account. That email account can either be their own free Gmail account or a brokerage-provided Microsoft or Google Workspace account. More info here.
- If you elect to have a Broker Website, we will ask for a "Brokerage Website Email." The email provided will be displayed on your Broker Website. This should be a generic, public-facing email address (e.g. info@brokerage.com) to which potential leads and questions will be sent. This email should not be currently associated with a Moxi account and should not be a single individual’s email account. Instead, we recommend using an account that can be accessed by multiple people within your company. Once MoxiWebsites are provisioned on launch day, Moxi will create a Moxi account and Broker Website for this email account, then send an email to this address inviting you to create a password and access the account. Providing an email that is already associated with a Moxi account may delay the launch of your Broker Website.
The MoxiEngage Credentials form is designed to collect email impersonation credentials for MoxiEngage. This form only needs to be completed if you are launching MoxiEngage and provide your agents with a brokerage email.
Key Things to Note
- MoxiEngage only syncs with Google Workspace (company-provided), Microsoft 365 (brand/Anywhere or company-provided), Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy, or free Gmail. Users with another email client type, like Yahoo or AOL, will need to use one of the prior email client types to access MoxiEngage.
- The decision on how to allow users to sync is made during your onboarding call. Regardless of your selection, all users can still sync MoxiEngage to a free Gmail account if they so choose. More info here.
- We highly recommend that your email administrator complete this form.
- After you submit the form, the email address you added under “Your Contact Information” will receive an email notifying you of your MoxiEngage Integration status (Passed or Failed). If your credentials fail, you will be contacted directly by Anywhere Product to set up a 1:1 consultation.
